How to Setup and Install Microsoft Office (using

1. Go to to Setup Office.

Open your browser, Go to, this will open an Offical page of Microsoft Office.

2. Sign In with your Microsoft Account or Create a New One.

Sign in with the account you associated with your Office subscription. if you do not have an Account, click Create a New Account and Add Your email address & password to create a new Microsoft Account.

3. Enter your Office Product key (or activation code).

Add your product key (or activation code) that you receive with the Office physical packaging and is included in an email receipt in XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX format.

Note: Keep your Activation code in a safe place. You’ll use it, whenever you need to reinstall Microsoft Office.

4. On the Office Product Page, Click Install Office.

Now your product key/code is added to your Office account page, Click on Install Button.

5. Click Install to Download Office Setup.

Select Install Office It is an orange button on the right side of the page. After the installation file is successfully downloaded.

6. Download, and Run the Office Installation File.

Now it depends on which web browser you are using. Select Save and run the downloaded installation file. Your download will start, and once the download is complete, Select Run and your installation process will start automatically.

7. Accept Prompts to Begin Installation Process.

Now, you get a prompt asking that says you want this setup to make changes to your device. Click Yes to run the setup file and begin the installation process. Click Yes, if any other prompt asks to allow the installation.

8. The installation will now begin and Finish.

Once the installation begins, the process will finish downloading and installing Office on your device, depending on your internet speed. It may take a while to Install Office.

9. Installation Complete, Click Close, and Open Office Apps.

You will see on your display Office is installed, now “You’re all set!” and an animation plays on your display showing you where the Office applications are located on your device. Select Close below the message and Run Office Apps.

10. And you will see Microsoft Office is installed and ready to use.

After Installation

Running Apps for the First Time

When you open any application for the first time after installing Office. You must accept the license agreements. Before using the applications, please read the terms and conditions and license agreement carefully.

Setup and Install Office on Windows

  1. Go to
    Open any Internet browser on your PC, Then type  in the URL Section, and Click enter. This will open Office Setup webpage.
  2. Enter your Product Key/Code.
    Add your Office product key or (Activation Code) in xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx format. This product key confirms that the software was legally purchased by you.
  3. Click Install >.
    It is a orange button below your subscription’s name.
  4. Click Install Office again.
    Select the orange button and click on it to Install Office. Your Office setup file will begin downloading.
  5. Double-click the Office setup file.
    After the installation file is downloaded. Then, check your downloaded folder and you’ll find it in there.
  6. Click Yes when prompted.
    When you see prompted, click Yes. Run the setup file, installation process will begin on your computer.
  7. Wait for Setup to finish installing Office.
    The installation process may take a while to complete Setup Office.
  8. Click Close when prompted.
    Microsoft Office is now completely installed on your computer. Click Close. You are free to begin use these programs on your Window.

Setup and Install Office on Mac

  1. Go to Office Setup website at
    Open a Safari browser on your Mac, enter, in URL Section and press the Enter. This will open a page to Setup Office.
  2. Enter your Product Key/Code.
    Add your Office product key or (Activation Code) in xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx format and Enter Next
  3. Click Install >.
    Select the Orange Install button right next to your Office subscription.
  4. Click Install Office again.
    Select Install Office. Your Office setup file will begin downloading.
  5. Open Finder.
    It is a blue and white, face-shaped app on the left side of bottom in your Mac’s Dock.
  6. Click Downloads.
    You will see a download folder on the left side of the Finder window.
  7. Double-click the Office setup file.
    Double-click the downloaded Office setup file, and it will start running.
  8. Click Continue twice.
    When you see this massage a new window will appear, click Continue twice on the bottom-right corner of the page. Do this once on the first page of the Office setup and then again do this same to the second page.
  9. Click Agree.
    It indicates that you have read and agree to Microsoft’s terms of service.
  10. Click Continue.
    Click Continue in the bottom-right corner of the new page.
  11. Click Install.
    Click on blue Install button in the bottom-right corner of the page.
  12. Enter your Mac’s password.
    Enter the password that you use to log into your Mac.
  13. Click Install Software.
    It’s located in the right side center of corner of the password entry window. This process will start installation Office on your computer. The installation process may take several minutes. So, wait for the installation to complete.
  14. Click Close when prompted.
    The installation was successful done. Click close in the bottom-right corner. now You’re free to begin use these programs on your system.
